The Provost, Federal College of Education Okene, Dr. Umar Hassan has on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff and Students of the College, congratulated the Deputy Provost, Dr. Habiba Suleiman on her appointment as a member of the Governing Board of National Senior Secondary School Education Commission ( NSSEC) by the President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a letter conveying the congratulatory message, the Provost noted that her appointment did not come as a surprise to the College; considering her pedigree and sterling leadership qualities.
According to him, it is indeed a round peg in a round hole as exemplified by her constant readiness and willingness to lay bare her wealth of experience to the services of her fatherland.
Similarly, in the letter signed by the Acting Registrar of the College, Mr. Abdul Joseph Kayode on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff and Students of the College, wishes the Deputy Provost success in her service to her fatherland.
