The Executive Secretary, Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Hon. Mouktar Atimah, has felicitated with Kogites and Nigerians, particularly Christians as they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
In a statement by his Media team, Hon. Atimah also urged Christians to use the Christmas celebration to pray for unity, peace and prosperity of Kogi State and Nigeria.
He called on Christians to re-dedicate themselves to the service of humanity in line with the true virtues and teachings of Jesus Christ which emphasises care for the needy and love for one another.
“The yuletide season presents us an opportunity once more to rally support and pray for our workaholic Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, to succeed in his quest to make Kogi a star State”. Atimah added.
