Productivity Service Awards: Admiral Usman Jibrin Honored In Kogi State

As part of his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Kogi State, the former Chief of Naval Staff and the Accord Party’s Governorship candidate in Kogi State, Admiral Usman Jibrin, has been conferred with an award by the Coalition of Kogi Youths Group

The former Chief of Naval Staff was awarded at a colourful ceremony held in Lokoja as a result of his commitment to human capital development, economic development, and his burning thirst for poverty eradication within and outside the state.

Jibrin Usman, aside from this, demonstrated passion and zeal in the unity and harmony of Kogi State, where the staff in his organizations in Kogi State cut across the three senatorial districts of the state, discarding segregation to install unity in the Kogi economic and political landscape.

For instance, we have six people from Kogi Central, five from Okun Land, and about eight Igala staff working at his Harbour Bay hotels in Anyigba. In the same vein, the Anyigba Bakery, which is owned by the Accord Party’s governorship candidate, employs four people from Kogi Central, five from the West, and six from Kogi East.

The trend continues from the Early Base Hotel, through De Deck, and to Oyibe Hotels, where the former Chief of Naval Staff has workers spread across the three senatorial districts of Kogi. These and many more prompted the award, which he received in good faith.

While receiving the award, the Accord Party’s governorship candidate, Admiral Jibrin Usman Oyibe, thanked the organizers for deeming him fit for such recognition, adding that occasions like this will give him every reason to forge ahead instead of relenting.

I’m an ambassador for my people, and I know how best to negotiate on their behalf. I have done that all my life, and I don’t have any reason to deviate. He said this while dedicating the award to the people of Kogi State.
