HoS Evinemi Calls for Hard Work, Integrity, Community service in Kogi Central

Kogi State Head of Civil Service, Dr. Elijah Adeiza Evinemi has charged the people of Ihima and the entire Ebiraland to uphold the principles of hard work, integrity, and community service that have defined them as good citizen of the land.

Dr Evinemi gave the charge in Ihima community, Okehi local government area of Kogi State during the 16th coronation of His Royal Highness Alhaji Abdulraheem Ahmed Ogido as the Ohi of Ihima.

The Head of Service who was the Chairman of the occasion, stated that time has come for Ebira people irrespective of the local government to reflect on the values that have brought them to where they are today.

He said “I am honored to serve as the chairman of this joyous occasion, marking the 16th coronation anniversary of our revered monarch, the Ohi of Ihima. Today, we gather to celebrate a legacy of leadership, wisdom, and dedication to the development of Ihima and Ebira land.

“As we commemorate this milestone, we also recognize the deserving citizens who have made significant contributions to the growth and prosperity of our communities. The conferment of titles on these individuals is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and selflessness.

He noted that the Ohi of Ihima, HRH, Alhaji Abdulraheem Ahmed Ogido has been a shining example of a true leader, working tirelessly to promote peace, unity, and progress in Ihima and beyond.
