The Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi has felicitated with the former Governor of Kogi State Alhaji Yahaya Bello as he celebrates his 50th birthday.
Dr Abdullahi in his birthday message to the former governor which was made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Tuesday , described him as a rare political icon and a passionate and progressive leader of the people of Kogi State.
He commended him for his visionary leadership that has transform the State tremendously especially in the areas of education , healthcare delivery, agriculture, civil service reforms, infrastructure development, youth and women empowernment among others.
He described Yahaya Bello as an accomplished politician, a trailblazer, seasoned administrator, and a selfless, compassionate leader and father of modern Kogi State.
“I sincerely extend my heartfelt wishes for His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s continued good health, long life, and prosperity” he said.
