The Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Commission (HYPPADEC) in Collaboration with Oxee Health care Limited is organizing a free medical and surgical outreach for the people of Ajaokuta and Kogi Local Government Areas of Kogi state.
This was contained in a statement issued by Oxee Healthcare Limited which was made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Saturday.
The statement said that the programme will hold between 12th and 15th March, 2022 in the two Council Areas, noting that the Ajaokuta programme will hold at General Hospital, Ajaokuta between hours of 8am and 4pm while that of Kogi Local Government will hold at General Hospital, Kotonkarfi, same time
According to the statement, the surgical includes hernia, hydrocele, ganglion, lipoma and lump while the medical includes, malaria, hypertension, diabetes among other diseases.
The statement urged the people of the two areas to take advantage of the free medical and surgical outreach to attend to their health challenges.
