SEMA Boss felicitates with Muslims, seek support for Gov Ododo’s Administration



The Executive Secretary Kogi State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, Alhaji Mouktar Atimah, has congratulated all the Muslim Ummah in Central Senatorial district, Kogi State on the successful celebration of Eid-El-Kabir festival.

Atimah called on Kogites to put the interest of the State above and over any personal interest and use religion as a motivation for the love of our common humanity.

In his Sallah message to Kogi Muslims and other citizens, the Executive Secretary, urged them to rally support for the workaholic Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo to succeed through consolidation on the good work of his predecessor, former Governor Yahaya Bello in leading Kogi State on the path of sustainable development.

He assured that the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is committed to safeguarding the lives and property of all residents of the state.

“All Muslims need to reflect on the significance of the sacrifice epitomise by Eid-el-Adha. We should show love to our neighbours while celebrating this important festive period.

“The story of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) led to this sacrificial celebration teaches us the virtues of patience, obedience and reliance on Allah, and the strength that comes with the ultimate faith” he added.
