I, Prince Mathew Kolawole, former Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly wish to heartily express my profound gratitude for the massive show of love from all and sundry during the empowerment and thanksgiving service held to appreciate God for the marking the celebration of my 60th year birthday, held on 31st May and 1st June, 2025.
There are just too many people and organizations to thank. But, let me start with His Excellency, the Special Guest of Honour, Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, Executive Governor of Kogi State and Members of the State Executive Council who all took out time to grace the occasion.
I’m indeed also grateful to the Secretary to Government of Kogi State, Dr. Mrs Folashade Arike Ayoade.
To the Commissioner for Education, Hon. Wemi Jones and other Commissioners’ that made my day eventful, I cannot but thank you enough.
My profound indebtedness goes to the Obaro of Kabba and Chairman, Kabba Bunu Area Traditional Council, Oba Solomon Owoniyi and other traditional Rulers who graced the occasion.
My sincere thanks also goes to Commander Jerry Omodara rtd, Security Adviser to the State Governor and other Special Advisers and Senior Special Assistants.
Similarly, permit me to thank all the Assembly Members, and Council Chairmen, particularly those of Kabba Bunu LGA.
Permit me to express my profound gratitude to the good people of Kabba Bunu LGA, KDA and other Associations and Unions who attended the occasion.
My profound gratitude goes to the Kogi State Commissioner For Police, Director DSS and other sister Security agencies for their efforts.
