The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kogi State Council , has extolled the virtues of the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on the occasion of his 48th birthday anniversary.
The union in a congratulatory message by the council Chairman, Adeiza Momohjimoh and secretary, Ademu Seidu, described Governor Yahaya Bello as, “A highly resourceful leader who has used his youthful age to put the state on the pedestal of growth and development.”
The Union particularly commended the infrastructural transformation of the state under the governor in the past seven years.
According to the statement, the governor’s intervention in the health sector, education and security are, “So obvious and disarming to professional critics who see no good in excellent jobs done by other people.”
The Union wished the governor well as he continues to pilot the affairs of the State and urged him to continue with the trajectory of development he has been known for, until the last day of his administration.
