Governor Ododo Appoints Five New Directors , Disengage Four At KGIRS

Kogi State Governor His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has approved the elevation of five staff of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service to the positions of Directors.

The appointment follows the disengagement of four directors whose tenure of eight years in office had elapsed.

The new directors are Emmanuel Yusufu as Director of Corporate Tax, Alhassan Obansa Sanni (Esq) as Director of Legal Services and Enforcement while Salawu Hassanat Enehezeyi has been appointed as Director of MDAs.

Others who benefited from the appointments are Abdullahi Bilikisu who is expected to serve as Director of Finance and Accounts while Alexious Olarinde Akande also appointed as Director of Administration.

In the same vein Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has approved disengagement of four directors of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service whose tenure have elapsed.

The directors disengaged are Olubnmi Ajayi, who, at the time of his disengagement, was the Director of MDAs and Other Revenue while John Salifu Ojonugwa, was the Director of Road Tax and Local Government Collections before his disengagement.

Others directors disengaged are Sadiq Ibrahim Ohindas who, at the time of his disengagement, was the Director of Tax Audit and Compliance just as Abubakar Mohammed Bello who heldsway as the Director of Administration was relief of his appointment as his service is no longer needed in the organization.
