The Kogi State Head of Civil Service has felicitated the Muslim faithful on the 2025 Eid-El-Fitri celebration.
In a statement made available to journalists in Lokoja on Saturday, Dr. Evinemi congratulated the Muslim faithful on successfully completion of the Ramadan fast.
He also commended the state Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people in the state, of which the state workforce is an integral part.
Dr. Evinemi emphasized that the Governor’s welfare programmes have significantly improved the lives of civil servants and their families, noting that good governance is thriving in Kogi State.
He also applauded Kogi State civil servants for their diligence and dedication to their duties, praying that Almighty God would greatly reward their contributions to the development of the state.
The Head of Service urged the people of the state to allow the lessons learned during Ramadan to endure in their relationship with one another for peace to reign supreme in our communities across the state.
“As we celebrate this sacred festival, let us remain steadfast in promoting love, kindness, and unity for the betterment of our dear state and country,” he stated.
He prayed for peace and harmonious relationships among the people of the state and wished the Muslims happy celebrations.
