A youth leader from Ajaokuta Local Government Area, Abdulraheem Okekenu has appreciated Governor Yahaya Bello over the grading of the Agidima of Uka in Ajaokuta, Local Government Area, (LGA), to a third class status.

The Youth leader, who also hails from Uka clan in the area also commended the Commissioner for Local government and chieftaincy Affairs, Barr. Salami Ozigi Deedat and the permanent secretary in the ministry, Hajia Habibat Oyiza Onumoko, for their roles in making it possible for the aged long stool to be graded.
He also commended the efforts of stakeholders in the area for making the grading a reality, saying it was a dream come true for the Uka people of Ajaokuta LGA.
He promised the continued loyalty of his people to the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello, assuring that they will work for the Victory of the APC candidate in the November 11, governorship election Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman.
His words “Governor Yahaya Bello has performed excellently well in the last seven years to reposition the state for effective service delivery, through the provision of critical infrastructures in the health, education, agricultural sector and human capital development.
“It is only natural therefore to have a worthy successor like Alhaji Usman Ododo to sustain this giant stride. I pledged the support and contribution of my people to this worthy course. Ododo will surely build on the legacies of the incumbent governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
“I therefore call on our people and by extension, the people of Kogi state to support the candidature of Ododo to sustain the legacies of Governor Yahaya Bello”.
