KGIRS Felicitates With Ododo, Oyibo As Governor-Elect, Deputy Governor-Elect of Kogi

The Management and entire Staff of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service (KGIRS), under the leadership of Alhaji Sule Salihu Enehe, the Executive Chairman of the Service have felicitated with Governor-elect of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and his Deputy, Comrade Joseph Oyibo Salifu, for their resounding victory at the last Saturday polls.

The duo won the election conducted on November 11, 2023 under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

Head, Corporate Communications Unit, KGIRS on behalf of the Executive Chairman of the Service

The Chairman stated that the will of the people has once again been translated at the polls, citing the importance of the strength of unity of the people of Kogi State.

“The election has come to show that there is unity in diversity and also a testament to the “One Kogi Agenda” that the current administration of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello has laboured to achieve” the statement said.

The Executive Chairman also specially congratulated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, for his uniqueness in leadership that will forever remain indelible in the hearts of the people of Kogi State.

He acknowledged the Governor’s achievements over the years as unprecedented and thanked him for not falling short of expectations despite the challenging times that he met and encountered.

The Executive Chairman further sent his hearty congratulations to the entire citizens of Kogi State for a free and free election.

“This is a common win for all, regardless of any party affiliations as we all still have our Kogi in one piece after the process; a process which has clearly defined all Kogites as winners of the just concluded elections”.

The Executive Chairman urged other contestants join hands with the new government for the development of the state.
