Former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Matthew Olusola Kolawole has joined thousands of enthusiastic APC members across Kogi State to warmly welcome Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji into the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Rt. Hon. Kolawole described Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji as a valuable political asset to Kabba/Bunu–Ijumu Federal Constituency of Kogi State, and Nigeria at large.
He highlighted Asiwaju’s generosity, leadership capacity, and long-standing contributions to community development as key qualities that will further strengthen the APC family.
He commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, party leaders, executives, and stakeholders for the grand and well-coordinated reception accorded to Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji.
The former Speaker noted that such unity and warmth demonstrate the party’s readiness to keep expanding its base and embracing influential personalities who believe in the vision of the APC.
In a show of solidarity, the former Speaker mobilized hundreds of his supporters from across Kabba/Bunu–Ijumu to participate in the historic welcome.
According to him, Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji’s entry into the APC marks a new chapter of political strength and strategic alignment for the constituency.
Rt. Hon. Kolawole expressed confidence that Asiwaju’s presence in the party will inspire greater political engagement, strengthen grassroots support, and contribute to the collective progress of the APC in Kogi State.
