Ambassador Gabriel Onoja receive prestigious award of Humanitarian Excellence from Benin Republic youth




Youth in Parakou a northern state in Republic of Benin has bestowed a prestigious award of Humanitarian Excellence on Ambassador Gabriel Enemona Onoja for his selfless service to humanity.

The leader of the youth Mr Akilou Madugu who presented the award on behalf of other teaming youth , said from the internet, television networks in Benin Republic they have been reading and viewing clips of how the president/founder , Enemona Josh Humanitarian Foundation has been assisting the less privilege in Nigeria.

He noted that the prestigious award bestowed on him was to spur him to do more for the people of Benin Republic and other parts of the world.

“In fact this is the first time the youth of this country are witnessing a philanthropist who will come to us not on the basis of politics but to render help to widows and orphans in this community. That is the reason we the youth believe that thanking him orally is not enough for a man who left his country covering hundreds of kilometers to Benin Republic to render humanitarian services to our people.

“We shall continue to be grateful to you and your foundation. As youth of this country we are ever ready to render our support to Enemona Josh Humanitarian Foundation to render enough humanitarian services to our people” he said

Ambassador Onoja who was overwhelmed by the unexpected award, promised to use the foundation to wipe away sorrows, tears and challenges of widows , orphans and people living with disabilities in the country.

He mentioned that while entering Parakou one of the states in the country he saw young men and women using their hands to break stones in order to convert the stone into gravels for construction purposes, assuring that he will engaged foreign investors to invest in the country to reduce the high rate of poverty in Parakou state.

“I am very happy today because most of my life dreams of preaching peace and unity across the globe is gradually coming to reality.

“If to the glory of God I was able to bring ten imams, ten gospel singers and traditional rulers together under one roof for the purpose of peaceful coexistence without any sentiment, then nothing will be too difficult for me to do with the support of God Almighty.

“Apparently, any unity the people of Benin Republic and Nigeria are looking for , I will be an intermediary and ensure that such feat is achieved in the interest of peace, unity and harmonious coexistence of the people especially the downtrodden” he said
